Co-Development Program
EnergyPolis has crafted agreements with investors that allow companies involved in designing and implementing photovoltaic systems, and that bring opportunities to them, to also participate in the EPC work.
The program offers energy-consuming property owners the opportunity to have a PV system built and installed at no upfront cost by an investor, in exchange for the property owner purchasing the system's electricity at favorable rates.
If a company highlights energy-consuming property owners who fit with the program, and shows the necessary competences and qualifications, they may be assigned the EPC work by the investor, just typically excluding the purchasing of solar panels and inverters.
As a first step, interested companies can meet with our investor partners to discuss the co-development program, and related conditions and procedures.
Ability to Do the Work
This program is unique in the industry, and enables participating companies to do the construction work of the PV plants, taking a fair share of the the value created.
